We loved this hotel! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. They had an amazing 24/7 shuttle service to popular destinations in the city, making it very easy to explore. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and its amenities, especially the pool area and spa. The breakfast had a great variety and was always fresh. we highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing romantic escape! The hotel was clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. The staff were like family, so lovely and friendly. They even had three courtesy shuttles that could take us anywhere around the hotel, super convenient. We also loved that the hotel provided free WiFi and changed the breakfast options daily. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
That it was a bit difficult to walk to Taksim from the hotel.

All in all everything was great, had a really great stay at the a hotel. Booked an economy double room with breakfast included. The location was central, short walk to Taksim square and taksim, big rooms and clean. We stopped by Mado for coffee and treats, it was not too far from the venue.

This hotel has courteous staff, fine breakfast, elegant and cozy rooms. Lots of supplies in the room: a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an individual safe. Very very nice area, central location just next door to taksim square, taksim because of shatter transportation between venue and city Center.

The staff at Naz City Hotel were excellent and very helpful. The shuttle service was convenient and reliable. The family rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel provided bottles of water for tea and coffee.
Felt very lucky to have found this hotel, nothing to complain about.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, not far from the beating heart of Taksim square. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing a free shuttle service to and from important spots. The room was comfortable and modern, with great facilities such as a gym and swimming pool. the breakfast was delicious and included a range of options.
There was a lack of vegetarian options for food in the hotel, which could be a struggle for some guests with specific dietary requirements.
