We loved this hotel! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. They had an amazing 24/7 shuttle service to popular destinations in the city, making it very easy to explore. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and its amenities, especially the pool area and spa. The breakfast had a great variety and was always fresh. we highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I loved the hotel, it was luxury, and check in was good. Staff were caring, room was neat and brand-new with balcony.

We had an amazing romantic escape! The hotel was clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. The staff were like family, so lovely and friendly. They even had three courtesy shuttles that could take us anywhere around the hotel, super convenient. We also loved that the hotel provided free WiFi and changed the breakfast options daily. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

That it was a bit difficult to walk to Taksim from the hotel.

All in all everything was great, had a really great stay at the a hotel. Booked an economy double room with breakfast included. The location was central, short walk to Taksim square and taksim, big rooms and clean. We stopped by Mado for coffee and treats, it was not too far from the venue.

Hotel is stunningly beautiful, and fairly clean, there's amazing pool and the location is unbeatable very close to Taksim square.

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hamam and breakfast are highlights, both providing enjoyable experiences. The rooms are impeccably clean and the hygiene standards are exceptional. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel has courteous staff, fine breakfast, elegant and cozy rooms. Lots of supplies in the room: a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an individual safe. Very very nice area, central location just next door to taksim square, taksim because of shatter transportation between venue and city Center.

The staff at Naz City Hotel were excellent and very helpful. The shuttle service was convenient and reliable. The family rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel provided bottles of water for tea and coffee.

The breakfast was really bad.

the hotel was well-kept, had amazing views and unbeatable location close to taksim and every main attraction. fresh breakfast and excellent food selection. had no problem using their safe parking, the internet was good.
